Gold Bars
A bar is the plainest way to hold gold, and at the larger sizes the cheapest. No design, no denomination, no collector premium — just fine gold, sealed in an assay card with its own serial number.
Premium per gram falls as the bar gets bigger, so a kilo is the keenest metal in the catalogue and a one gram bar the dearest. Every bar here is .9999 fine from an LBMA good delivery refiner. Investment gold is free of VAT; a bar is not legal tender, so a gain can be liable for Capital Gains Tax.
